So we return triumphant from the London Vet Show, having witnessed the technology at the forefront of the veterinary industry, taken in some very interesting speakers, met some amazing people and businesses, and generated a real buzz about Vetsec.
As the only service on the market dedicated to providing outsourced reception support for vets, Vetsec attracted a lot of attention from the 3,500 delegates attending Europe’s largest veterinary exhibition. Hundreds of attendees stopped by the stand to see what Vetsec is all about, and judging from their response – Vetsec represents a serious gap in the market.
We were also excited to premiere our new Vetsec video – it certainly attracted plenty of attention!
The video provided a great information point for any visitors to the stand, when our fantastic Virtual Veterinary Receptionists were too busy explaining the benefits of Vetsec to other interested delegates – not something they’re used to at Vetsec – we answer every call within three rings, in your practice name!
